摘  要:考虑到铜铝复合板在长期工况下可以正常使用的稳定性,通过实验对铜铝复合板的导电率、通电的温升情况以及剥离强度和界面组织做了相关的研究工作。通过实验得出铜铝复合板退火热处理温度、时间与复合板导电率的关系,发现铜铝复合板热处理温度为300℃、热处理时间为6 h,其导电率达到最高值。同时,通过对不同母线排进行通电后温升测试发现,经热处理后的铜铝复合板具有优良的温升性能,该性能接近于纯铜并优于纯铝。在经过大电流480A通电时,最高温度可达74.5℃。将铜铝母线排的使用工况设定为80℃,将铜铝复合板进行80℃、1000 h的服役条件测试后,铜铝复合板的综合性能没有发生变化。在实际工况下长期使用具有稳定的性能。Considering the stability of copper aluminum composite panels under the long-term condition normal use working, the conductivity, peel strength, interfacial microstructure and the rise of the temperature in electrifying of the copper and aluminum composite panels were researched. The relationship of heat treatment temperature, heat treatment time and electric conductivity of Cu-Al composite board by cold rolling were research. The researches indicate that the electric conductivity is maximum after heart treatment at 300 ℃, 6 h. By means of temperature test after energizing, it is found that Cu-Al composite board have good temperature rise performance after heat treatment. And the performance is close to pure copper, but better than pure aluminium. The temperature of Cu-Al composite board get 74.5 ℃ after energizing in 480 A. The temperature of Cu-Al composite board in using was supposed 80 ℃, the comprehensive performance of Cu-Al composite board was not changed after heat treatment at 80 ℃, 1000 h, so it has stable performance in long term usage.
