摘  要:针对纳米碳管对复层材料机械性能的影响,提出纳米碳管含量与复层材料关系的数学模型,预测复层材料的机械性能指标。先引入复合材料中增强材料含量与其弹性模量之间的函数关系,而后基于复层梁理论的变换断面法推导出增强材料含量与复层材料弹性模量及应力的关系,最终通过弯曲实验获取数学模型中的关于纳米碳管复层材料的基本参数,揭示纳米碳管对复层材料力学性能的影响。此数学模型的建立方法同样适用于其他增强材料,对新型复层材料的应用有积极的指导意义。In order to study the influence of Carbon nanotubes on the mechanical properties for multi-layer materials material,in this paper,the mathematical model between the content of carbon nanotubes and mechanical properties of multi-layer material was proposed to predict the mechanical performance of multi-layer material.First,introduced the functional relationship between reinforcing material content and the Young 's modulus of composites materials,and then deduced the relationship between reinforcing material content and the Young's modulus of multi-layer materials based on multi-layer beam theory transform section method.Finally,we can get the basic parameters of the mathematical model on carbon nanotube multi-layer material by bending experiments to reveal the impact of carbon nanotubes on the mechanical properties of multi-layer material.This method of establishing a mathematical model is also applicable to other reinforcing material and the application of new multi-layer material has a positive significance.
