摘 要:利用显微镜、磁性测量仪等手段研究了退火温度对含铜的6.5%Si电工钢显微组织与磁性能的影响。结果表明,Cu元素能够细化电工钢的组织和尺寸,提高其在高温退火过程中的组织稳定性。Cu元素会一定程度升高电工钢的铁损。对Fe-6.5wt%Si-1.0wt%Cu合金,随着退火温度的升高,电工钢的总铁损先减少后增多,材料的晶粒尺寸为临界尺寸时磁性能最优,而临界尺寸受Cu含量的影响。Effect of annealing temperature on microstructure and magnetic properties of 6.5%Si electrical steel containing copper was studied by means of microscope, magnetic measuring instrument and other instruments. The results show that Cu elements can refine the microstructure and size of electrical steel, and improve the microstructure stability in the process of high temperature annealing. The iron loss of electrical steel will be increased by Cu element to some extent. For Fe-6.5wt%Si-1.0wt% Cu alloy, the total iron loss of electrical steel decreases firstly and then increases with the increase of annealing temperature. When the grain size of the material is critical, the magnetic property is optimal, and the critical size is affected by the content of Cu.
