摘　　要：母畜在整个发情期都伴随着生殖器官的组织变化和内源激素及外表行为的变化。许多因子如光照变化、品种及年龄、群体密度及群内等级、环境温湿度、营养水平、公畜效应及饲养条件等都会影响母畜的生殖激素分泌以及发情行为的启动、发情表现及发情时长等。在现代畜牧业生产中研究并利用影响家畜发情因素,对于改善动物福利、缩短生产周期、提高母畜繁殖力,进而提高养殖经济效益具有重要的实践意义。因此,本文阐述了影响母畜发情因素及相应内分泌机理的研究进展,以期为家畜发情研究提供参考和借鉴。The reproductive organ tissues, endogenous hormones and external behaviors are all changed with estrous cycles periods in female livestoeks. Some factors, e.g. illumination variation, heredity and age, population density and social dominance, environment temperature and humidity, nutrition levels, male effects, management procedures, can affect the secretion of reproduction hormone and the onset, intensity, duration of estrus behavior in dams. this, studying and using the factors of affecting estrus in dams has important practical significances for improving animal welfare, shorting production period, promoting the fertility and improving breeding benefits. In this paper we state the research progress on influencing factors of estrous behavior and endocrine mechanism in dams was summarized to providing theory reference of estrous behavior research and improving reproduction of livestock.
