摘  要:整流级逆变级均由双向开关构成的全双向开关型双级矩阵变换器比传统双级矩阵变换器多了6个开关管。新增的6个开关管可作为逆变级冗余器件,且其双向开关结构也为直流母线电压反向提供了可能,两者结合使得全双向开关型双级矩阵变换器能够实现多种故障的容错。该文从调制角度出发,提出了适用于逆变级双向开关单元开路、单管开路、双向开关单元短路以及单管短路等四种故障的容错策略。所提容错策略利用开关管的故障特性,通过增加非故障开关管切换次数以模拟故障开关管的切换,从而实现容错。实验结果验证了文中所提逆变级容错策略的有效性和可靠性。Full bidirectional switches two stage, matrix converter (FBS-TSMC), which can be effectively used in critical applications, was presented. Comparing with traditional two stage matrix converter, it adds six additional switches to inverter stage as redundancy. Meanwhile, its bidirectional switches structure in inverter stage makes it possible to reverse DC bus voltage polarity. The above two features provide FBS-TSMC fault-tolerant capacity in the presence of faults. From the view of modulation, this paper proposed four fault-tolerant strategies for FBS-TSMC to deal with bidirectional switch open circuit failure, single switch open circuit failure, bidirectional switch short circuit failure and single switch short circuit failure in inverter stage respectively. By utilizing the characteristics of fault switch and increasing additional switching in healthy phases, the proposed strategies can ensure FBS-TSMC's satisfactory performance. The verification of the proposed fault-tolerant modulation strategies are confirmed using extensive experimental results.
