摘 要:以柯尔碱低品位钠基膨润土为对象,研究湿法提纯工艺。采用正交实验方法考察了固液比、离心时间、离心转速对提纯效果的影响,并通过X-射线衍射(XRD)和红外光谱(IR)对原土及提纯土的结构进行了表征。结果表明,柯尔碱膨润土最佳提纯条件为:固液比为1∶12,离心转速为1 200r/min,离心时间为5min。该条件下膨润土的膨胀容、吸蓝量、胶质价、以及阳离子交换容量都得到提高,原土和提纯土的XRD和IR结果均表明提纯后蒙脱石峰变强,杂质峰减弱,说明提纯效果显著。A low grade bentonite from Kerjian was taken as the object of the study and the wet processing technology of purification was carried out. The influence of bentonite slurry, centrifugal time, and centrifugal speed on the purification of bentonite were presented in orthogonal experiment. The characterization of raw bentonite and purtified bentonite was tested by XRD and IR. The results showed that the best conditions for purification was when the bentonite slurry was 1 : 12, the centrifugal speed was 1 200 r/rain,the centrifugal time was 5 rain. Under this condition, the expansion capacity, the ethylene blue adsorbed,the colloidal value and the cation exchange capacity of the bentonite were improved. The XRD and IR of raw bentonite and purtified bentonite showed that the impurities peaks was reduced but montmorrilonite peak was strengthened after purtification,so the purity effect was obviously improved.
