摘 要:以质量比为2:1的丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯为单体,1.0%的过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,0.5%的二乙烯苯(DVB)为交联剂,采用悬浮聚合法合成了丙烯酸系吸油树脂(合成过程中加入一定量的苯乙烯)。研究了苯乙烯单体对吸油树脂微观结构的影响,分析了树脂的吸油性和缓释行为。结果表明:添加苯乙烯后,树脂颗粒表面有孔洞出现,硬度增加;苯乙烯用量为15%时,树脂对小分子CCl4的吸油性最优,同时树脂的热分解温度提高到373.3℃。A kind of oil absorption resin was synthesized by suspension polymerization, using butyl acrylate(BA) and methyl methacrylate(MMA) as monomer, benzoyl peroxide(BPO) as initiator and divinylbenzene(DVP) as cross linking agent. A certain amount of styrene was added during the synthesis process. The conditions are as follows: the mass ratio of BA to MMA is 2:1, the cross linking agent is 0.5% and the initiator is 1.0%. The effects of styrene monomer on the microstructure of oil absorption resin were studied. The oil absorption and sustainedrelease behavior of the resin were analyzed. The results show that: after adding styrene, the pores appear on the surface of the resin particles, and the hardness increases. When the content of styrene is 15%, the oil absorption of resin is the best, and the thermal decomposition temperature of the resin increases to 373.3℃.
