摘 要:旋转机械在线状态监测和远程诊断系统中振动数据实时存储和远程传输对数据稀化、重构技术提出了较高的要求。提出了基于事件的数据稀化、重构技术 ;定义了事件的概念 ;构造了基于事件的稀化、重构算法 ;提出了广义事件的概念并进行了定义 ;论述了基于事件的数据稀化、重构方法在旋转机械远程诊断领域的具体应用 。In the field of rotating machinery online monitoring and remote diagnosis, the demand of vibration signals' data reduction is more and more imminently. The technology of event based data reduction was introduced. The event , the status change of the last record data between the current sampled data, was defined. The main idea of event based data reduction technology was that, if status change exceed the limitation, then record the current sampled data, else discard the data. The algorithm of event based data reduction and reconstruction was designed, more over, the generalized event was introduced and defined. The usage of the technology in the domain of rotating machinery remote diagnosis was discussed. At last, A more perfect implementation of the technology, say, sample board-based data redaction was introduced also.
