摘　　要：设计智能型单辊两次烫光机,由进布机构、张力调节机构、机架、导布辊、牵引辊、烫光托带、托带气缸自动纠偏装置、出布装置和摆布式出布装置组成。采用可编程序控制器PLC控制的变频调速控制系统,高精度的伺服控制器和高分辨率的旋转编码器,对变频电动机实施闭环控制,通过触摸屏人机界面来监控烫光机的生产过程,对整台烫光机的工艺参数、设定值和故障信息进行调整和显示。该机具有控制精度高,速度、温度可自动调节,操作方便等优点。A new intelligent single-roller and two-way calendar machine is designed, which is composed of a feeding mechanism, a tension regulating mechanism, a machine frame, a guide cloth roller, a traction roller, a hot light supporting belt, a supporting belt cylinder automatic correcting device, a pressing roller and a controlled cloth discharging device. The machine adopts programmable controller PLC control of variable frequency speed control system using high precision servo controller and high resolution rotary encoder, through the touch screen man-machine interface to monitor hot ray machine in the production process, to adjust and display setting process parameters, the whole value of ironing and fault information. The machine features high control precision, speed, automatic temperature control, convenient operation and so on.
