摘　　要：通过增加熔体齿轮泵,增大挤出压力,以改进丁基密封胶的传统灌装工艺,节约了灌装时间,降低了能源消耗,提高了灌装精度,对操作员的职业健康起到了帮助作用。The melt-pump was introduced to the butyl hot-melt sealants discharging process, the new process showed higher efficiency and the filling time was saved by virtue of the increased extruding pressure, meanwhile, the energy cost was reduced, together with better filling accuracy and process safety.
