综合护理在感染性休克患者护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理在感染性休克患者护理中的应用效果。方法选择2015年10月至2016年10月于商丘市第一人民医院收治的82例感染性休克患者,根据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组患者生命体征指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者治疗有效率低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ICU感染性休克患者治疗过程中实施综合护理干预可有效提高患者治疗效果,改善患者生命体征指标,提高生活质量,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with septic shock during treatment. Methods Eighty - two patients with septic shock in ICU from October of 2015 to October of 2016 were divided into two groups by random number table, with forty - one eases in each group. Control group was given conventional nursing intervention, obser- vation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The effects of two groups were compared. Results Compared withcontrol group, the indexes of vital signs in observation group significantly improved （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The curative effect of control group was significantly lower than observation group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with septic shock during treatment can effectively increase curative effects, improve indexes of vital signs, enhance living quality, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
