摘　　要：目的:研究艾迪注射液临床应用的适宜性,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,通过医院信息系统提取并归纳2015年中国医学科学院肿瘤医院使用艾迪注射液住院患者的用药信息,应用SPSS 19.0、Clementine 12.0统计学软件对其进行统计分析。结果与结论:艾迪注射液的临床用法与用量、给药途径和适应证范围均符合药品说明书的范围,但在溶剂种类、剂量的选择和使用疗程上存在差异,差异导致的影响仍需进一步研究。OBJECTIVE： To study the suitability of Aidi injections in clinical application, so as to provide reference for the rational application of drugs in clinic. METHODS： By retrospective study methods and SPSS 19. 0 and Clementine 12. 0 hospital information system, statistical analysis was conducted on administration information of inpatients with application of Aidi injections of Cancer Hospital Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences in 2015 extracted by hospital information system. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The clinical usage and dosage, administration route and scope of indications of Aidi injections all coincide with the dispensatory, yet there are still some differences in solvent categories, dosage selection and application courses, therefore, further study is essential for effects caused by these differences.
