摘　　要：目的:探讨药学干预对含果糖注射液规范化使用的效果,促进合理用药。方法:按季度提取2015—2016年佛山市高明区人民医院(以下简称"我院")含果糖注射液的使用数据,进行统计分析;并随机抽取2015年(干预前)、2016年(干预后)使用含果糖注射液的患者各120例,对比分析药学干预前后含果糖注射液的使用情况。药学干预包括专项点评、沟通建议、用药宣教等一系列措施。结果:2015年(干预前),我院含果糖注射液使用金额达128.66万元、限定日费用高达206.51元、药物利用指数为2.64(远>1.0);含果糖注射液不合理使用率高达79.17%(95/120)。2016年(干预后),我院含果糖注射液使用金额大幅降至60.64万元;药物利用指数降至1.21,接近标准值1.0;限定日费用降至172.61元,患者的经济负担大幅减轻;含果糖注射液不合理使用率仅19.17%(23/120)。结论:药学干预大大促进了含果糖注射液的合理使用。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the effects of pharmaceutical intervention on standardized application of fructose injection, so as to promote the rational application of drugs. METHODS： The fructose injection usage data of Foshan Gaoming District People＇s Hospital （hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂） from 2015 to 2016,which were extracted quarterly,were counted and analyzed. 120 patients with fructose injection admitted into our hospital in 2015 （before intmwention） and 2016 （after intervention） were randomly extracted, the application status of fructose injection were compared and analyzed before and after intervention. Meanwhile, pharmaceutical intervention were performed as special review, communication advice and propaganda and education of medication. RESULTS： Before intervention, the consumption sum of fructose injection was 1. 286 6 million yuan, defined daily cost was 206.51 yuan, and DUI was 2.64 （far more than 1 ）. The irrational application rate of fructose injection was 79. 17% （95/120）. After intervention, the consumption sum of fructose injection significantly decreased to 0. 606 4 million yuan, and DUI was 1.21, which is close to the standard 1.0. The defined daily cost decreased to 172. 61 yuan, the financial burden of patients relieved significantly, the irrational application rate was only 19. 17% （23/120）. CONCLUSIONS： Pharmaceutical intervention is an important way to promote the rational application of fructose injection.
