摘　　要：目的:了解湛江市第二中医医院(以下简称"我院")门诊口服降糖药应用现状和发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:通过医院信息系统提取数据,对2014—2016年我院门诊口服降糖药的品种、使用量、销售金额等进行统计,并采用限定日剂量法对用药情况进行回顾性分析总结。结果:2014—2016年,我院门诊口服降糖药的销售金额和用药频度均呈逐年上升趋势。3年来,磺酰脲类胰岛素增敏剂、α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂、非磺酰脲类胰岛素增敏剂的用药频度排序均居前3位;格列吡嗪和二甲双胍的用药频度排序分别居第1和2位,且其药品销售金额排序/DDDs排序的比值均>1,说明这2种药物在我院门诊使用率高、社会效益好。结论:2014—2016年我院门诊口服降糖药的应用基本合理。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the application status and development trend of outpatient oval hypoglycemic agents in Zhanjiang the Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）（ hereinafter rel^rred to as ＂our hospital＂ ） , so as to provide reference for the rational drug application in clinic. METHODS ： Through hospital information system, application data of outpatient oral hypoglyeemic agents in terms of categories, consumption amount, consumption sum during 2014-2016 were statistically collected, retrospective analysis was conducted on application status by defined daily dose system. RESULTS： During 2014-2016, the consumption stun and medication frequenee of outpatient oral hypoglycemic agents were in increasing trend. For three years, the top three drugs ranked by medication frequenee were respectively sulfonylurea insulin sensitizer, α-glucosidase inhibitor and non sulfonylurea insulin sensitizer. The medieation frequence of glipizide and metformin were ranked as the first and the second place, and the ratio of consumption sum ranking/DDDs was more than 1, which showed that the application of two drugs in our hospital＇s outpatient department were relatively high, and the social benefit was good. CONCLUSIONS： The application of outpatient oral hypoglycemic agents in our hospital during 2014-2016 is basically rational.
