1200张中药注射剂处方用药合理性分析

摘　　要：目的:了解辉县市人民医院(以下简称"我院")中药注射剂的使用情况,为促进我院中药注射剂的合理应用提供参考。方法:抽取2016年3月—2017年2月我院应用中药注射剂的住院患者处方,每月随机抽取100张,重点抽查神内科、心内科、肿瘤内科、内分泌科,共抽取处方1 200张,对中药注射剂的使用情况进行评价与分析。结果:1 200张中药注射剂处方中,不合理用药处方301张,不合理用药率为25.08%;中药注射剂不合理应用共364例次,主要表现为溶剂剂量不适宜(178例次,占48.90%)、疗程不适宜(87例次,占23.90%)等。结论:我院中药注射剂不合理应用现象比较严重,应加强合理应用中药注射剂知识的培训,加强中药注射剂专项处方点评,针对问题及时干预,促进中药注射剂的合理应用。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the application status of Traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）injections in Huixian People＇s Hospital （hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital ＂）, so as to provide reference for the rational application of TCM injections in our hospital. METHODS： 110 prescriptions with application of TCM injections were randomly and monthly extracted in our hospital from Mar. 2016 to Feb. 2017, department of neurology, cardiology, internal medicine oncology and endocrinology were the major departments, totally 1 200 prescriptions were collected. Evaluation and analysis were conducted on application status of TCM injections. RESULTS： Of the 1 200 prescriptions, 301 prescriptions were irrational with the rate of 25.08%. The irrational application cases of TCM injections was 364 cases, mainly performed as improper solvent dosage （ 178 cases, 48.90% ） , improper treatment course （87 cases, 23.09% ）, etc. CONCLUSIONS： The phenomenon of irrational application of TCM injections is relatively severe, therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the training on irrational application of TCM injections and special comments on prescription of TCM injections. Meanwhile, timely intervention are suppose to give to related problems so as to promote the rational drug application.
