摘　　要：目的:探讨裸片药品外观比对查询系统的设计及应用效果,保证临床用药安全。方法:利用常熟市第一人民医院(以下简称"我院")自主研发的药品处方集作为平台,对药品裸片及包装进行拍照并存入数据库,通过前台程序实现快速检索。结果:我院404个裸片药品中,无任何标识的外形相似药品较多,使药师或护士在调配、分发药品时由于外观识别上的障碍而造成差错或浪费。裸片药品外观比对查询系统的建立及相关操作流程的制订后,医院药师、护士、医师查询次数增多(共接受医护人员查询约1 700例次),药物调配差错减少,促进了临床合理用药。结论:裸片药品外观比对查询系统具有快捷、准确、更新及时等特点,实用性较强,适用于医院药师、护士、医师工作站等,可进一步保证口服药品的调配安全,避免或减少浪费。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the design and application effects of appearance comparison query system of non-blister-packed tablets, so as to ensure medication safety in clinic. METHODS： The drug formulary independently researched and developed by Changshu the First People＇s Hospital （ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂ ） were set as the platform, non-blister-packed tablets and package were collected to take photos and store in the database, fast relrieval can be performed by foreground program. RESULTS： Of the 404 non-blister-packed tablets, the number of similar-looking drugs without any logo was larger, errors or waste occurred for barrier of appearance recognition in pharmacists and nurses during drug dispensing. After establishment of appearance comparison query system and formulation of relevant operating procedure, the number of query from pharmacists, nurses and clinicians （totally 1 700 cases）. Decreasing of drug dispensing errors promote the rational drug use in clinic. CONCLUSIONS： Appearance comparison query system of non-blister-packed tablets has the characteristics of rapidness, accuracy and timely updating. Its strong practicability is suitable for hospital＇s pharmacists, nurses and physicians working station, which can ensure mixing safety of orally administered drugs, avoid and reduce waste at the same time.
