白色锦鲤近交子一代胚胎发育观察

摘　　要：通过对白色锦鲤(♀)×白色锦鲤(♂)的子一代(F1)的胚胎形态发育进行观察,描述各发育时期的发育时序和形态特征,为进一步开展仔鱼生长及体色形成调控机制研究奠定基础。锦鲤卵属沉性卵,具粘性,胚胎发生观察结果显示白色锦鲤胚胎发育可分为受精卵阶段、卵裂期、囊胚期、原肠期、神经胚期、器官形成期、孵出期等7个阶段。The embryos morphological development of the inbreeding Cyprinus carp Koi F1 progeny was ob- served and the developmental timing and morphological characteristics were described, which laid foundation for the future researches in growth and body color formation of Cyprinus carp Koi. Its fertilized egg belongs to demer- sal egg with stickiness. The observation results revealed that the embryonic development process could be divided into 7 stages including zygote stage, cell division stage, blastula stage, gastrula stage, neurula stage, organ forma- tion stage and hatching stage.
