摘 要:对河南中牟县两个高产鲤鱼和草鱼养殖池塘浮游藻类的分析结果表明:调查期间,鲤鱼养殖池塘浮游藻类密度达2.05×10~8 cells/L,生物量达58.2 mg/L;草鱼养殖池塘浮游藻类密度高达7.10×10~8 cells/L,生物量达112.5 mg/L。本次调查共鉴定浮游藻类5门34属(种),其中绿藻门栅藻和隐藻门尖尾蓝隐藻占绝对优势。本研究为其它低产鲤鱼和草鱼养殖水体生态调控提供基础数据,并初步揭示栅藻和尖尾蓝隐藻等有益藻类占优势可能是保持鲤鱼和草鱼高产的关键。Phytoplankton abundance and composition of two high-yield ponds, located in Zhongmou County, Henan Province, were investigated in the present study. The survey indicated that the total algal density and biomass were 2.05×10^ cells/L, 58.2mg/L in pond cultured with Cyprinus carpio and those of the pond cultured with ,n idellus were 7.1 ×10^ cells/L, 112.5mg/L respectively. Besides, 34 genus (species) of algae were i- dentified in total in these two ponds. Seenedesmus (Chlorophyta) and Chroomonas aeuta (Cryptophyta) were abso- lutely dominant in the water body. The present study provided some fundamental data for ecological-regulation strategies of aquaculture ponds and suggested somewhat that dominance of beneficial algae species such as Scenedesmus and Chroomonas acuta might play an important role in maintaining high fisheries yields.
