摘 要:以WP10.240型柴油机为研究对象,通过测量其不同气阀漏气状态的缸盖声发射信号,选取声发射信号有效分析段,并利用HHT时频分析方法进行非平稳信号的时频能量图和时频熵分析,提取气阀漏气时频特征参数.研究表明:气阀漏气越严重,HHT时频能量分布越均匀;时频熵对气阀漏气较敏感,随着气阀漏气程度的增加,其时频熵呈增大趋势.Taking WP10. 240 diesel engine as study object,the acoustic emission signal of the cylinder head under different valve leakage conditions was measured to select the effective analysis section of the acoustic emission signal,and HHT( Hilbert-Huang Transform) time-frequency analysis method was used to analyze the time frequency energy diagram and time-frequency entropy of non-stationary signals,and then the effective time-frequency characteristics of valve leakage were extracted. Results show that the more serious the leakage of air valve,the more uniform the time frequency energy distribution of HHT. And due to the time-frequency entropy is more sensitive to valve leakage,the time-frequency entropy shows an increasing trend as the extent of valve leakage expands.
