摘　　要：本文以寒冷地区住宅建筑节能设计为例,针对寒冷地区住宅建筑施工的特点,对严寒和寒冷地区住宅建筑节能设计进行了介绍,通过实际工程的节能计算得知,该工程完全符合国家规范对住宅节能的要求,也满足寒冷地区的正常使用要求。可为本地区住宅节能工程的应用提供参考依据。Taking energy efficiency design for residential buildings in cold areas as an example,the paper introduces energy efficiency design for residential buildings in severe cold and cold areas according to the characteristics of residential building construction in cold areas.Based on the energy-saving calculations of the practical project,it completely meets the demands for national regulations on residential energy-saving and satisfies the normal serviceability requirements in cold areas,which can provide reference for application to energy efficiency constructions in local area.
