摘　　要：根据教育部75所直属高校发布的2014、2015届毕业生就业质量年度相关数据,文章以就业率、就业地域、就业单位类型及就业结构分布等方面作为观察点,对近两年高校博士毕业生就业情况进行了综合比较和趋势分析,并对未来博士生培养体系提出了建议。Using the employment data of PHD students graduating in 2014 and 2015 released by the 75 higher education institutions affiliated to the Ministry of Education, this paper intends to conduct a comparative study from different perspectives, including employment rate, employment region, type of employing organization and employment structure. Based on the study, it makes a prediction for the future development and proposes suggestions for doctor cultivation system.
