摘　　要：加强市场监管是现代政府的基本职能之一。推动市场监管体制改革是政府职能转变和政府与市场关系更加符合社会主义市场经济规律的内在要求,这需要建立完善的市场监管体系、健全的市场监管流程、规范的市场监管模式。从浦东市场监管体制改革实践看,其体现了"新、合、减、优"的特色和亮点,产生了显著的改革效应和明显的社会影响。"问题导向""群众受益""综专结合""职能转变"是浦东市场监管体制改革实践取得明显成效的支撑和保障,可为其他地区改革提供参考借鉴。Strengthening market regulation is one of the basic functions of modern government. To make the government functions change and the relationship between government and market more in line with the social- ist market economy law, we must promote the market supervision system reform, which requires the establish- ment of a sound market supervision system, a sound market supervision process and the standardized market supervision mode. The practice of market supervision system reform in Pudong embodies the characteristics and bright spots of ＂new, integration, simplify and optimization ＂, and has produced significant reform effect and obvious social influence. The principle of ＂problem - oriented＂, ＂the masses gain benefits＂, ＂Combina- tion of Integration and professional＂ and ＂functional -changes＂ is the support and protection for the reform of market supervision system in Pudong to achieve remarkable results, which can provide reference for other re- gions＇ reform.
