摘　　要：丁樱教授根据多年临床经验及对小儿肾病综合征病因病机的准确把握,自拟肾病方切中肾病本虚标实、虚实夹杂之病机,提出了激素-中药序贯疗法以调整患儿阴阳失衡的状态,在治疗的整个过程中重视活血化瘀,合理使用雷公藤多苷,治疗上兼顾清源洁流从而减少病情的反复,本文总结了丁樱教授治疗儿童肾病综合征的经验,有很好的临床及理论指导意义。Based on years of clinical experience and correct understanding of the etiology and patho-genesis of childhood nephritic syndrome, Prof. Ding Ying has made a prescription for the disease by herself. She puts forward the hormone-Chinese medicine sequence therapy？ according to the diseases etiology of being mixed of root causes and symptoms （deficiency in root with actual symptoms） , to adjust the Yin-Yang imbalance in children. During the whole process of treatment, attention is paid to promoting blood circulation to remove stasis and tripterygium glycosides is used properly. In treatment it’s also necessary to clear the origin and the process in order to reduce the relapse of the disease. This paper summarized Prof. Ding Ying’ experience in the treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome, which is of great clinical and theoretical significance.
