摘　　要：面对国家整体经济形势,以科技强国为导向,提出了"智慧城市""美丽中国"等概念,分析了行业技术中心对行业技术进步的作用,并就行业技术中心对建筑行业的作用进行了阐述,以促使国民经济健康发展。In the face of country overall economic situation,taking the technical power as the guide,this paper proposed the concept of ＂smart city＂＂beautiful Chinese＂,analyzed the role of industry technology center to industry technology progress,and elaborated the role of industry technology center to construction industry,in order to promote the healthy development of national economy.
