摘  要:采用闭式齿轮传动的高扬程、大容量门机起升机构常常会遇到无法选用标准减速机的问题和超大卷筒制造及空间结构布置难题。笔者结合黄登水电站2 500 kN门机的设计,对单、双卷筒起升机构方案进行了比较,经过比较得出,采用双卷筒对置起升机构方案,可有效地解决高扬程、大容量闭式齿轮传动起升机构选用标准减速机的问题和结构布置难题,使起升机构布置尺寸及整机投资大大减小,经济效益显著。Adoption of high - lift and large - capacity gantry crane with closed gear often has the problems on selection of standard reducer and arrangement of structure layout. Based on the design experience of 2500kN gantry crane of Huangdeng Hydropower Station, comparison on single & double-drum hoist mechanism schemes is made in this paper. The comparison result shows that adoption of double-drum hoist mechanism scheme can effectively solve the problems on selection of standard reducer and arrangement of structure layout so as to greatly reduce size and investment of hoist mechanism and improve economic benefits.
