摘  要:变电钢构架在变电站结构设计中占有举足轻重的地位,常规的二维平面结构简化计算已不符合行业发展趋势和国际工程的设计要求,笔者尝试采用三维计算方法对变电钢构架进行设计应用研究。结合安哥拉Chiumbe-Dala水电站的110 kV变电站工程实例,采用国际通用结构分析与设计软件SAP2000,构建联合变电钢构架三维模型,考虑各工况荷载组合,进行结构整体计算分析,优化了杆件截面,并对构架的强度、整体稳定性和变形进行分析,计算结果均满足相关规范要求。经设计实例表明,SAP2000软件能够在变电钢构架结构设计中进行推广应用。Steel frame is important in substation structure design. As conventional simplified 2D structural calculation fails to keep up with the development trend of the industry and the requirements of international engineering design, this paper attempts to apply the three-dimensional calculation method to substation steel frame design. By taking the 110kV substation project of Chiumbe-Dala Hydropower Station in Angola as an example, it builds up a joint-substation steel frame 3D model via SAP2000, an international software of structural analysis and design, to conduct overall structural calculation under different load combinations of operating conditions, optimize bar section, and study the overall strength, stability and deformation of the framework, with calculation results meeting the requirements of relevant regulations. The design example shows that the SAP2000 software can be applied to the structural design of substation steel frame.
