摘 要:目的探讨回授法健康教育对喉癌术后患者自护能力与生活质量的影响。方法将行喉癌手术的86例患者随机分为观察组与对照组各43例。对照组实施常规术后健康教育,观察组使用回授法进行喉癌术后健康教育指导。干预前后采用老年人自我护理能力量表(SASE)和头颈部肿瘤患者生命质量测评量表(FACT-H&N)进行评价。结果干预后观察组患者自我护理能力与生活质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论利用回授法对喉癌术后患者进行健康教育,可以提高患者的自护能力和生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of teach-back technique on self-care ability and quality of life in patients with laryngeal cancer after laryngectomy. Methods Totally 86 patients with laryngeal cancer undergoing laryngectomy were equally randomized in to a control group and an observation group, receiving either routine health education or alternative using teach back technique. The Self-care Ability Scale for the Elderly (SASE) and FACT H&N were used to evaluate patients'self care ability and quality of life. Results The self-care ability and quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P〈0. 05, P〈0. 01). Conclusion Use of teach-back technique in health education can enhance self care ability and quality of life in pa- tients with laryngeal cancer after laryngeetomy.
