摘  要:【摘要】目的探讨使用空气净化器对卧室内霉菌和细菌浓度变化的影响及其对哮喘患者症状改善情况。方法随机选取广州不同地区28例哮喘患者,在其卧室内安装空气净化器,采用柯赫沉降法在卧室中以五点采样收集卧室的霉菌(8h)和细菌(30min),测量使用空气净化器前以及使用后连续6个月卧室内霉菌和细菌的浓度,同时记录卧室的温度和相对湿度。实验期间采用哮喘控制测试量表(ACT量表)评估患者主观感受。采用SPSS20.0软件进行录入统计,分析其卧室内霉菌浓度、细菌浓度、温度与相对湿度的关系及ACT量表得分变化趋势。结果使用空气净化器前,卧室内霉菌的浓度为(21.35±13.12)cfu/m3,细菌的浓度为(1060±1138)cfu/m3,温度为(21±6)℃,相对湿度为(64±15)%。霉菌浓度和相对湿度差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),而与温度比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.069),细菌浓度和相对湿度(P=0.648)及温度(P=0.122)之间差异无统计学意义。在使用空气净化器后卧室内霉菌浓度下降,细菌浓度呈波动变化。患者ACT量表得分(22±3)分较使用前(20±3)分上升,哮喘症状控制良好。结论空气净化器的使用,可使卧室内霉菌的浓度下降,改善患者哮喘症状。Objective To explore the changing impact of concentration which resided in patients- bedrooms mould and bacteria with improving patientsr asthma symptoms. Methods 28 patients who were clinically confirmed with asthma in different areas was randomly selected from Guangzhou and installed a air purifier in their bedroom. Kochfs settlement method is used in the bedroom with five sample-collected point to collect the mold (8 hours) and bacteria (30 minutes). The concentration of mould and bacteria was measured before and after utilizing air purifier. At the same time, temperature and relative humidity of the bedroom were recorded. During the experiment, the asthma control test scale (ACT) was finished by patients. With SPSS 20.0, the relationship between the concentration of bedroom mould, bacteria, temperature, relative humidity and trends of ACT scale score all was analyzed. Results Before using air purifier, the concentration of bedroomrs mold and bacteria was respectively (21.35± 13.12) cfu/m3 and (1 060±1 138) efu/m3 . And the temperature was (21±6)℃, relative humidity was (64±15) %. Mould concentration and relative humidity has highly significant ( P 〈0.01) and has no related with temperature (P = 0.069), and bacterial concentration has no related with relative humidity (P = 0.648) and temperature ( P =0. 122). After the use of air purifier, mould concentration in the bedroom has decreased. While bacteria concentration is kept in a fluctuations. ACT scale score (22 ± 3)is higher than the previous (20±3). It show that the asthma symptoms was well controlled. Conclusions The use of air purifier can decrease the mould concentration o{ bedroom which improve the symptoms of patients with asthma.
