摘 要:对浮选机水平配置方式的特殊性、适用性、优越性进行了总结。水平配置的最大特点是利用吸浆槽自吸矿浆的功能,使得不同作业浮选机的溢流堰保持在同一水平高度。该配置方式适用于处理量不大、矿石密度小,同时浮选流程复杂、多段精选作业顺序返回的选厂。通过分析两个实际案例,对浮选机分别采用水平配置和阶梯配置的设计空间和安装功率进行了比较。结果表明,在符合水平配置的使用条件下,随着精选作业次数、设备数量、台阶数量的增加,水平配置的优越性越明显。The paper summarizes characteristics of flotation cells 5 flat arrangement in terms of particularity, applicability, and superiority. One of the defining characteristics of flat arrangement is by using self-pumping flota-tion cells, keeping overflow weir of flotation cells in different banks in the same level. Flat arrangement is appropri-ate for plants of small capacity and for processing minerals of low density but at the same time the flotation process of the plant is relative complex such as a sequence of cleaner concentrates return back to main process. By analy-zing two applications, the paper compares flat arrangement with staged layout regarding install space and installed powers. The conclusion is that under the premise that flat arrangement is suitable, with increasing number of clean-ers ,pieces of equipment and number of stages, the superiority of the flat arrangement is more evident.
