无熟料垃圾底灰胶凝材料固化海洋土工程特性研究

摘  要:以垃圾底灰、粉煤灰、矿渣和脱硫石膏为主要原材料,外掺少量复合激发剂,配制出无熟料固化剂,该无熟料固化剂的物理力学性能满足32.5复合水泥的技术要求。分别对无熟料垃圾底灰固化剂和32.5复合水泥固化海洋土进行不同掺量和不同龄期的无侧限抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、压缩和抗剪性能等工程特性研究。结果表明,无熟料垃圾底灰胶凝材料固化海洋土可行,且固化剂掺入比为24%的固化海洋土的工程特性相当于水泥固化海洋土中32.5复合水泥掺入比为12%。This article uses refuse bottom ash, fly ash, slag and gypsum as main raw materials, and adds a lit-tle composite activator to create a new non-clinker curing agent, whose physical properties meet the demand of ce-ment No. 32. 5. Then, a study on unconfined compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, compression perform-ance and shear behavior of the stabilized-marine soil cured by the new curing agent and the 32. 5 composite cement was carried out respectively with different adding content and aging time. The result shows that this method is feasi-ble and the engineering characteristics of stabilized-marine soil cured by the curing agent mixed with a ratio of 24% is equal to that cured by the 32. 5 composite cement mixed with a ratio of 12% .
