基于SPACE矩阵的茂名市滨海旅游优化分析——以茂名市A度假区为例

摘　　要：当前学术界对经济相对不发达地区的滨海旅游资源发展规划研究不太重视,研究成果相对匮乏,此文对中国优秀旅游城市之一——茂名市滨海旅游的实际情况进行研究,以加深学术界对粤西乃至广东省旅游行业的了解,为行业发展和企业实践提供参考借鉴,丰富当前旅游管理理论。A国际旅游度假区是茂名市滨海旅游的突出代表,此文根据茂名市滨海旅游和A度假区的相关资料,基于战略地位与行动评价矩阵(SPACE矩阵),从财务、竞争、环境稳定性和产业情况等方面分析A度假区的战略类型。结果表明:A度假区处于"进取"的战略地位,度假区拥有丰富的战略选择机会。Research about the coastal tourism resource development and planning is relatively scarce at present. This article studies thephysical truth of Maoming City——one of the excellent tourism city in China. It may deepen the understanding about tourism industry of thewestern part of Guangdong province, even Guangdong province in the academic circles. It may provide reference for the development of the industry and the practice of enterprises, enrich the theory of tourism management. The international tourism and resorts zone A is one of the outstanding representatives of Maoming coastal tourism. According to the statistical information and related materials,based on Strategic Po- sition and Action Evaluation Matrix,this article analyzes the strategic types of Zone A from the aspects of finance,competition,environmen- tal stability and industrial situation. The result shows that the tourism and resorts zone A is in a strategic position of “aggression”,and has plentiful strategic opportunity for choice.
