摘　　要：GCY-200型二工位钢板淬火压床适用于直径准100~准200mm、厚度1.5~2.5mm的薄钢片类工件淬火,该压床为两个工位,每个工位可独立操作,是为福州冠华金属制品有限公司制作的薄钢片类工件淬火的专用设备,在淬火过程中,采用压床与相应的模具配套,压紧并保持工件垂直进入流动的淬火油液中,直到工件完全冷却,模具与工件同时出油,释放工件,完成模具保持淬火过程,达到减小淬火变形、保证热处理质量和零件尺寸稳定的目的。GCY-200 two position steel plate quenching machine is quenching of thin steel sheet work piece between diameter 准100 to 准200mm and thickness 1.5 to 2.5mm. The quench press is tw-o stations, each station can operate independently. It is a special equipment for quenching of thin steel sheet work pieces made by Fuzhou Crown Metal Products Co. Ltd., In the quenching process, the quench press is matched with the corresponding mould, press and keep the work piece vertical into the flowing quench fluid, until the work piece is completely cooled, the mold and work piece are released at the same time, release the work piece, complete the mold to maintain the quenching process, to reduce the quenching deformation, and ensure the quality of heat treatment and the stability of the size of the parts.
