核桃破壳取整仁装置的设计

摘　　要：新疆的核桃种植业目前已经形成了一定的规模,南疆的阿克苏核桃远销全国各地,大量的核桃产出对核桃破壳机械的需求很是迫切,但是核桃深加工对核桃整仁的需求很大。而获取核桃整仁常用的方法是人工破壳取整仁,但这样核桃破壳取整仁的劳动量很大,不仅耗时效率低,质量要求也难以保证,而且增加了产品生产的人力成本,不利于核桃深加工产业的发展。要想促进核桃深加工产业的发展,对核桃破壳取整仁机械设备的研发制造很有必要,核桃破壳取整仁装置生产效率高,操作简便易于实现机械化和自动化,有很大的发展空间。Walnut planting industry has formed a certain scale in Xinjiang and the southern Xinjiang Aksu walnut is export-ed to all parts of the country,so a large number of walnut production of walnut shells on the demand is very urgent,but there is a great demand for the walnut deep processing of walnut whole kernel.The method used to obtain walnut whole kernel is to manually break the shell to take the whole kernel,which increases the labor and is time-consuming and difficult to guarantee the quality,, which is not conducive to the development of walnut deep processing industry.In order to promote the development of walnut deep processing industry,it is necessary to develop R ＆ D of walnut shells.The walnut crust shells have high production efficiency,easy to operate and easy to realize mechanization and automation,with great development space.
