摘　　要：目的 探讨喜辽妥联合远红外线治疗血液透析内瘘患者的效果及心理干预。方法 选取2014年1月-2016年12月于丽水市中心医院诊治的血液透析内瘘患者80例,依不同治疗干预方式分为2组,每组40例。对照组用常规护理＋远红外线治疗,观察组用心理干预＋喜辽妥＋远红外线治疗。比较2组临床治疗效果、临床症状改善情况及并发症发生率情况。结果 观察组临床效果优于对照组,患者临床症状改善情况优于对照组、并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 心理干预＋喜辽妥＋远红外线治疗血液透析内瘘患者的临床效果显著,可有效改善患者临床症状、并发症少,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To investigate the effect and psychological intervention of the treatment of hemodialysis internal fistula with Hirudoid combined with far infrared ray. Methods 80 cases of hemodialysis fistula were diagnosed and treated from January 2014 to December 2016 in Lishui Central Hospital,according to different treatment intervention methods, which were divided into two groups, each group with 40 cases. The control group was treated with routine nursing and far infrared therapy, and the observation group was treated withpsychological intervention and Hirudoid＋far infrared therapy. The clinical efficacy, the improvement of clinical symptoms and the incidence of complications were compared between the 2 groups. Results The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the improvement of the clinical symptoms was better than that of the control group,the complication rate was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of psychological intervention plus Hirudoid＋far infrared ray in the treatment of hemodialysis fistula patients is significant,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and complications in patients with less, and is worthy of clinical application.
