心理干预联合格华止盐酸二甲双胍肠溶胶囊治疗2型糖尿病的有效性安全性研究

摘　　要：目的 研究分析心理干预联合格华止盐酸二甲双胍肠溶胶囊治疗2型糖尿病的有效性安全性。方法 选取杭州市余杭区闲林街道社区卫生服务中心2015年5月-2016年10月收治的80例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组患者各为40例。对照组给予瑞格列奈治疗,实验组在此基础上给予格华止盐酸二甲双胍肠溶胶囊治疗,进行心理干预,关注患者的心理状态,加强与患者的沟通和交流,增加患者的治疗信心和治疗依从性。结果 经过对应的治疗后,实验组患者与对照组均未出现严重的不良反应,安全性较好。实验组患者发生低血糖的概率（15.0%）显著高于对照组（5.0%）,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗前,实验组与对照组患者的空腹血糖水平分别为（9.21±2.31）和（9.38±2.28）nmol/L,比较差异无统计学意义。实验组患者空腹血糖水平（7.31±1.02）nmol/L显著低于对照组（7.90±0.82）nmol/L。可得,实验组患者糖尿病治疗效果显著优于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论心理干预联合格华止盐酸二甲双胍肠溶胶囊治疗2型糖尿病治疗有效性较高,不良反应发生率较低,具有临床推广的意义。Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of psychological intervention combined with Metformin Hydrochloride Enteric-Coated Capsules in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected from May 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital. The subjects were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given repaglinide treatment, given metformin treatment of Metformin Hydrochloride Enteric-Coated Capsules on the basis of the experimental group, psychological intervention on the mental status of patients and patients, strengthen communication and exchanges, increase confidence in the treatment and the treatment compliance of patients. Results After the corresponding treatment, the patients in the experimental group and the control group had no serious adverse reactions, and the safety was better. The probability of hypoglycemia in the experimental group （15%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （5%）, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological intervention combined with Metformin Hydrochloride Enteric-Coated Capsules in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus has high efficacy and low incidence of adverse reactions. It has clinical significance.
