摘 要:以112份菜豆种质商品荚为试验材料,测定了植物凝集素含量,分析评价其遗传变异,扩大极端菜豆凝集素水平的筛查范围。试验结果表明,供试菜豆种质的凝集素均值为0.335 3 mg/g,变幅为0.000 3~1.607 8 mg/g,变异系数为82.26%,种质间水平差异极显著(p<0.01)。研究还表明,供试菜豆植物凝集素含量的种质频率分布曲线呈非连续分布但有明显主峰,有极低和极高水平的种质分布。在已检测的289份资源中,筛选出极低植物凝集素的菜豆材料2份,为低毒菜豆遗传改良提供技术基础。In order to analyze genetic variability, and select ger^nplasm resources with the extremely low content of lectin, 112 kidney beans were took as materials and their lectin contents were deter^nined. The results showed that the mean value of lectin content, amplitude of changes and coefficients of variation (CV) were 0.335 3 mg/g, 0.000 3-1.607 8 mg/g and 82.26% respectively, and the differences were extremely significant among the materials P〈0.01). Meanwhile, the frequency distribution curve of 112 kidney beans lectin contens was discontinuous, but there was an obvious peak with long dual -tails, which indicated extremely low or high level of lectin existed in the 112 materials. Furthermore, two materials contained less lectin were screened out from all 289 germplasm resources. The paper provides technical basis for genetic improvement of low toxicity kidney bean.
