摘 要:[目的]探讨自我管理健康教育对脑卒中病人自我效能水平的影响。[方法]将56例脑卒中住院病人分为干预组29例和对照组27例,两组病人均进行常规护理,干预组在此基础上进行自我管理健康教育。两组病人均于干预前(T1)、干预后(T2)和干预结束后6个月(T3)采用中文版脑卒中康复自我效能量表(SSEQ)评价病人自我效能水平。[结果]两组病人干预前(T1)SSEQ得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后重复测量方差分析结果显示干预组病人的自我效能水平存在交互效应,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]自我管理健康教育能有效促进脑卒中病人自我效能水平。Objective:To explore the effect of self-management health education on self-efficacy of stroke patients.Methods:A total of 56 patients with stroke were divided into two groups:intervention group(n=29)and control group(n=27).All the patients were treated with routine nursing.The intervention group carried out self-management health education on this basis.The patients' self-efficacy levels were assessed by the Chinese version of the Stroke Self-efficacy Questionnaire(SSEQ)before intervention(T1),after intervention(T2)and6months after the end of the intervention(T3).Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of SSEQ before the intervention(P〉0.05).After the intervention,repeated measurement of variance showed that the self-efficacy level of the intervention group had an interaction effect,which was statistically significantly different from that of the control group(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Self-management health education could effectively promote the self-efficacy level of stroke patients.
