摘　　要：阐述照顾负担的概念及测量工具,综述患儿主要照顾者的照顾负担现状及相关影响因素。目前对慢性病患儿照顾者的照顾负担的研究大多局限于横断面的调查,缺乏对照顾者长期的纵向随访和追踪调查,无法掌握照顾者照顾负担的动态变化。今后应采用质性和量性相结合的方法,并深入探讨照顾负担与照顾者照顾能力、积极感受等概念之间的相关性以及照顾负担对家庭功能的影响等,This article expounded the concept and measurement tools of care burden,and reviewed the status quo of the primary caregivers＇ care burden of children and the related influencing factors.Most of the current research on the care burden of caregivers for children with chronic diseases were limited to cross-sectional surveys and lack of long-term longitudinal follow-up and follow-up surveys of caregivers,which lack mastery of dynamic changes of caregivers.In the future,we should adopt a combination of qualitative and quantitative Methods：and carry out in-depth discussion on the relationship among concepts including care burden,caregiver＇s ability to take care,and the positive feelings,the influence of care burden to family function,and so on.
