摘　　要：鉴定结论是我国三大诉讼法所规定的法定证据之一 ,而鉴定机制的完善与否对鉴定的质量产生直接的影响。因此 ,本文针对我国鉴定机制存在的问题 ,从理论研究的欠缺、法制的不健全、审判制度改革的相对封闭性等方面分析了成因及危害 ,最后提出我国鉴定机制改革与完善的思路 ,包括完善司法鉴定的启动程序、完善鉴定的采信程序。The expert conclusion is one of the legal evidences regulated by three procedural laws of our country, and whether the mechanism of expert evaluation is perfected or not affects the quality of expert evaluation directly. This paper analyzes the causes of formation and jeopardy, relative closeness of the reform of judicial system. It also gives some advice on the reform and perfection of the mechanism of expert evaluation, including the perfection of the startup procedure of judicial expertise, of the procedure of accepting evaluation and of the legislation of judicial evaluation.
