摘 要:针对行星齿轮箱振动信号频率成分复杂及调幅-调频的特性,提出迭代Hilbert变换与Fourier变换相结合的信号解调分析方法.通过迭代Hilbert变换分离出一组调幅-调频单分量成分,估计单分量成分的瞬时幅值和瞬时频率,选取故障敏感分量,运用Fourier频谱实现了对敏感分量的幅值解调和频率解调.基于行星齿轮箱局部损伤故障仿真信号分析,将迭代Hilbert变换与Hilbert振动分解比较,结果突出了迭代Hilbert变换在分解速度、分解结果信噪比及特征频率提取效果上的先进性.将所提方法应用于实验信号分析,准确提取出特征频率,诊断了齿轮故障,结果表明了该方法的有效性.A demodulation analysis method combining iterative Hilbert transform and Fourier transform was proposed,countering complex frequency components and amplitude modulation-frequency modulation characteristics of planetary gearbox signals.AM-FM mono-components were separated by iterated Hilbert transform,instantaneous amplitude and instantaneous frequency were estimated,and fault sensitive component was selected,amplitude demodulation and frequency demodulation of sensitive component were realized by Fourier spectrum.Iterative Hilbert transform and the Hilbert vibration decomposition were compared,based on the analysis of planetary gearbox local damage signals,results showed the advanced nature of the iterative Hilbert transform from three aspects:decomposition speed,signal-to-noise ratio of decomposition result,extraction effects of characteristic frequency.The proposed method was applied to analyze experimental signals of planetary gearbox,characteristic frequencies were accurately extracted,and gear faults were diagnosed,results showed that the method was validated.
