摘　　要：建筑材料作为高职院校土建类专业的的基础课程,存在课程设置不合理、教材创新度不够、实验设备陈旧、教学评价体系固化等一系列问题。为了进一步体现高职院校为社会输送技能型人才的特点,该课程的改革应着眼于"双师型"人才的引进、教材的改革、学科竞赛的开展。Building material as a civil engineering professional basic course in higher vocational college ex-ists a series of problems, such as unreasonable curriculum,outdated textbooks,outmoded equipment and cured teaching evaluation system.In order to further reflect the peculiarity of higher vocational college of conveying skilled talents for the society, double -qualified teachers, textbooks innovation and development of academic com-petition should be considered.
