摘 要:基于嘉闵高架桥,为推进快速公共理念和施工现代化,提出预制小箱梁桥新型混凝土桥面板接缝设计方案,采用两侧U型钢筋交错布置,避免大量现场焊接作业并降低现场混凝土湿作业量。通过物理模型试验研究,验证新型接缝技术在抗裂性能、抗弯承载力上的表现,优化了U型筋锚固长度。工程实用经验表明,预制小箱梁桥新型桥面板接缝技术可显著提高现场的施工速度,是典型工业化建造技术,具有优异的推广前景。Based on Jiamin Viaduct, in order to promote the rapid public concept and modern construction, the design scheme of the new concrete bridge deck joint connection of the prefabricated small box girder bridge is proposed. The U-shaped steel bars are arranged on both sides to avoid a large number of on-site welding operations and reduce the concrete wet work. Through the physical model test, the performance of the new joint technology in crack resistance and flexural capacity is verified, and the length of U-shaped bar is optimized. The engineering practical experience shows that the new bridge deck joint technology of prefabricated small box girder bridge can significantly improve the construction speed of the site, which is a typical industrial construction technology and has excellent prospect of promotion.
