摘　　要：生态城市不仅仅局限于城市绿化、环境保护和生态环境建设,还应包含社会和经济内容,是社会、经济、环境的统一体。通过总结天津生态城在发展中的成功经验,分析其生态城市指标体系的创新性。从多角度深入分析中新天津生态城的规划和建设实践,挖掘中新天津生态城的发展机遇并总结发展中存在问题的解决经验。Eco-city is not only limited to urban greening, environmental protection and ecological environment construction, but also it should contain social & economic contents; it is a unity of society, economy & environment. By summarizing the successful experience of Tianjin Eco-city in the development, the paper analyzes the innovation of its eco-city index system. From the multi-angle & in-depth analysis of Sino-Singapore Tianjin eco-city planning and construction practices, it is exploring related development opportunities and summarizing the experience of existing problems of developing process.
