Objective To investigate the effect of low-calorie enteral nutrition on intestinal mucosal barrier function and nutritional status in postoperative patients with severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Retrospective analysis of 90 patients with severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital, the observation group of 45 cases(using conventional treatment),the control group of 45 cases(conventional treatment of low-calorie enteral nutrition and care).(D-LAC,DAO),nutritional status(TP,ALB,Hb,TFN levels)and complication were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of D-LAC and DAO in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05);the nutritional status of the observation group(TP,ALB,Hb,TFN)was significantly better than the control group The incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Low-calorie enteral nutrition care can reduce the intestinal mucosal barrier function damage, which will help the intestinal mucosal barrier repair, improve the nutritional indicators of patients and reduce the incidence of complications.
