摘  要:压水堆高压安注条件下冷热流体混合会导致承压热冲击现象,影响压力容器的使用寿命。本文基于ROCOM实验装置的实验数据,使用CFD方法对高压安注条件下有密度差的冷热流体混合现象进行了模拟,并对模拟结果进行了验证与分析。结果表明,在冷管段和下降段环腔中流体混合的主导因素分别为强迫流动混合和浮升力驱动混合。在仅有1条冷管段注入的情况下,进入下腔室的流体会再次回流至环腔,从而对冷却剂的混合特性产生影响。Mixing of hot and cool coolants during high pressure safety injection in pressurized water reactors(PWRs)can lead to pressurized thermal shock,which results in aging of the pressure vessel.Based on the ROCOM experimental database,the mixing of hot and cool coolants with density difference was numerically simulated by using CFD method,and the simulation results were validated and analyzed.The results show that the force convection mixing and buoyancy-driving mixing are main reason for mixing of liquid in cold leg and downcomer.During coolant injection from one of the loops,the injected flow could product backflow from the lower plenum to the downcomer,which can affect the mixing characteristics of coolant.
