摘 要:采用气相渗透技术研究了氘在Incoloy800H合金材料中的扩散渗透行为,利用高温气相渗透实验装置和四极质谱仪测定了450~600℃温度范围内、氘压110kPa下氘的渗透实验曲线,计算得到了氘在Incoloy800H合金材料中的渗透率和扩散系数。结果表明,渗透扩散过程为扩散控制,得到的渗透率、扩散系数与温度的关系式均符合Arrhenius关系。The diffusion and permeation behavior of deuterium in Incoloy800 Halloy was researched by using gas permeation technology.The permeability experimental curve of deuterium was measured by high temperature experimental system and quadrupole mass spectrometer(QMS)at the temperature range of 450-600℃ and 110 kPa.The permeability and diffusion coefficient of deuterium in the plate Incoloy800 Halloy were calculated,and the results were fitted with the Arrhenius equation.The experimental results show that the permeation of deuterium in Incoloy800H alloy is the diffusion control step,and the deuterium diffusivity and permeability obey to the Arrhenius relation under the experimental temperature.
