摘  要:研究了Nb微合金化对高碳钢线材组织和性能的影响。结果表明:高碳钢中添加Nb后优化了材料的组织结构,一个奥氏体晶粒内部被分成若干个不同取向的索氏体团,索氏体团得到细化,索氏体团大小平均在10μm左右,组织均匀性提高;片层间距减小,从150nm减少到120nm。同时,Nb的加入使得高碳钢线材的强度和塑性均得到提高,强度提高25MPa,面缩率提高4%,断丝率明显降低,满足了用户的使用要求。The influence of Nb micro-alloyed on microstructure and properties of high carbon steel wire rod was studied. The results show that the organizational structure of the high-carbon steel is optimized after adding Nh. An austenite grain interior is divided into a number of different orientations sorbite pellets, and the sorbite group is refined. The sorbite average group size is about 10μm, and the organizational uniformity is improved. The lamellar spacing is decreased from 150 nm to 120 nm. Meanwhile, Nb accession of high-carbon steel for strength and ductility are improved, the strength is increased 25 MPa, the lamellar spacing is increased by 4%,and the broken wire rate also has been significantly reduced. It could be meet users requirements.
