摘 要:大盘圆生产线卷取机组设备由卷取机前喂料装置和盘圆卷取机组成,两套设备的共同协调工作完成了卷取收集。为了选择合理的参数控制、解决高速棒材对喂料装置的冲击、解决卷取机芯棒遇高温而发生弯曲、避免预弯机出口处堆钢等问题,设计人员在充分研究大盘卷卷取理论知识和卷取机组设备结构的基础上,对该区域设备进行了优化改造,解决了上述问题。The coiler unit of large coil production line consists of the feeding device and the toiler, coiling and collection process are completed by working together of two equipments. In order to choose the reasonable control parameters, solve the shock effect to feeding device of high speed bar, solve the bending of coiler mandrel in high temperature environment of coiling, avoid steel-heap- ing accidents at the outlet of pre-bending machine, based on the sufficient study and analysis of coiling process and theory of large coil and equipment structure of toiler unit, the equipment of coiler unit were optimized and reformed. Furthermore, the effects of these problems can be solved.
