摘  要:选定尾气膨胀机叶轮常用的FV520B钢、17-4 PH钢和Inco 718合金3种材料为研究对象,通过仿工程工况环境法分别对其在T1、T2及T3下的均匀腐蚀和点蚀行为进行研究。结果表明:在T1下,测试腐蚀液浓度范围内,3种材料均表现出良好的耐腐蚀性能,满足工程使用需求。当测试温度为T2时,Inco 718合金在整个腐蚀浓度区间仍表现出优异的耐蚀性,可以满足工程需求;但FV520B钢和17-4PH钢在腐蚀液浓度升高为1.5%时,两者的耐蚀性均发生明显下降;当环境温度进一步升高为T3时,Inco 718合金在整个腐蚀浓度区间仍表现出优异的耐蚀性,但FV520B钢和17-4PH钢的耐腐蚀性能,随混合酸溶液浓度变化,表现出明显的不稳定性,已无法满足工程使用。As the proper candidate materials for expander impeller, the corrosion performance of steels FV520 B and 17-4PH, and alloy Inconel 718 were investigated in various acid solutions of mixed HBr and acetic. The corrosion test was performed in an autoclave at three selected temperatures, namely T1, T2 and T3, so that to simulate the situations by service of the impellers. The results showed that the candidate materials exhibited good anti-corrosion property in the solutions at room temperature T1.When the temperature increased to T2, Inconel 718 alloy exhibited excellent corrosion resistance in all the solutions, but steels FV520 B and 17-4PH exhibited rather poor corrosion resistance in the solutions with 1.5% mixed acids, indicating that the two materials could not meet the request for utilization. When the temperature increased to T3, Inconel 718 alloy still showed good anti-corrosion property in all the solutions, while steels FV520 B and 17-4PH suffered from significant corrosion, thus could not be suitable for the production.
