摘 要:针对某20钢输氢管道在大庆地区沼泽环境服役过程中的管道外表面开裂问题,采用化学成分分析、体式显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)等方法对管道腐蚀进行了分析。结果表明:输氢管道外表面的机械损伤在服役环境存在的应力和腐蚀介质协同作用下,使得损伤区域产生微裂纹并逐步扩展,导致管道发生腐蚀失效。因此,对于管道不仅要改进管道本身的防腐工艺,还要针对管道本身服役环境,采用相应的防腐措施。The corrosion assisted cracking of the pipeline for hydrogen transportation, which served in the swampland of Daqing region in the Northeastern China, was analyzed by means of chemical composition measurement, stereomicroscope, SEM and EDS. The synergetic action of mechanical scratches on the outside surface, the stress of the external environment and the corrosive environment may induce the initiation and then expansion of corrosion cracking on the pipeline. That is the reason which caused the corrosion failure of the pipe. In order to avoid the corrosion failure, the anti-corrosion technique should be improved, while the proper protective measures should be adopted for the safe operation of pipelines in that swampland environment.
